Your questions
Questions parents ask us.
Straightforward answers, before you take the next step.
What if my child has lost confidence?
Tell us what you have noticed and how your child feels about the subject. We start with their current understanding, break challenges into manageable steps and make room for questions. The aim is to build confidence through understanding and practice, at a pace that suits them.
How much does tuition cost?
Fees depend on the subject, educational stage and whether you choose one-to-one or group tuition. We provide a written quotation before lessons are booked. Ask us about the likely cost for your needs when you enquire.
Will online tutoring feel personal?
One-to-one lessons give your child focused time with their tutor, using live conversation, a shared whiteboard and resources. They can ask questions, talk through their thinking and get feedback as they work. We discuss the practical setup before the first lesson.
What if the tutor is not the right fit?
Tell us within 24 hours of the first lesson if the match does not feel right, and we will arrange a rematch. Your family should feel comfortable with both the tutor and the teaching approach.
